Once again, ahead of this much anticipated album coming from Drake & 21 Savage let's get into some of the best joint albums of my generation. Joint albums are something that feels like they happen much more often than they do but in reality there are very few of them and less the farther you go back in time.
5. The Voice of the Heroes - Lil Baby & Lil Durk
This collaboration came early in 2021 followed by a tour from the two artists, however we didn't really see this album sit with people for very long although it did have tons of success at release.
4. Drip Harder - Lil Baby & Gunna
Similar to his collaboration with Lil Durk, connecting with Gunna on this album from 2018 produced some pretty big hits from the two including 'Drip Too Hard'.
3. Watch the Throne - Jay Z & Kanye West
Talk about cultural impact when you speak of this. Two legends coming together to make something legendary. Maybe if I wasn't in my adolescence when this released in 2011 I could rank it in that top spot.
2. Without Warning - 21 Savage, Offset & Metro Boomin
One day away from 21 Savages joint with Drake he cracks the list here at number 2 with his collar with Offset on this unexpected heater from 2017.
1. What A Time to be Alive - Drake & Future
Without a doubt the best collaboration album to this date with a 1-11 hits in this album from 2015.
It's a pretty good sign that Drake & 21 Savage are both respectively in this list on collaborations already out from them. Hold your head low as we all have huge expectations from the two but I am 100% expecting this album to take the top spot after it's given some time to digest.
